Twirl Time Studio will announce cancellations with as many options as we have.  If Twirl Time cancels a class for weather, unexpected teacher illness, building issues, or for any other emergency reason.  A formal make up class will be offered, most likely on a Friday or Saturday.  All cancellations due to winter weather will be decided by 3:00 pm.
